These terms explain how bookings are requested, confirmed and provided by The Royal Cab. By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms that apply to that booking.
Booking Requests & Confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until The Royal Cab confirms availability and the agreed fare and any required advance payment have been acknowledged. Please check your booking details, including pickup point, destination, travel date, pickup time, vehicle category and passenger count.
Fares & Inclusions
The fare communicated for a booking applies to the route, trip type, vehicle and inclusions agreed at the time of confirmation. Toll tax, parking, state permits, entry fees, waiting time, night halt, additional stops or other charges are payable separately unless the booking confirmation clearly says they are included. Any applicable extra-distance rate should be confirmed before travel.
Changes to a Booking
Changes to the date, time, route, destination, vehicle, passenger count or trip duration are subject to availability and may change the fare. Please contact The Royal Cab as early as possible if you need to make a change.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time, provide accurate contact and journey information, follow traffic and safety rules, wear seat belts where provided and not exceed the vehicle’s permitted passenger capacity. Illegal or dangerous items are not permitted in the vehicle.
Payments & Receipts
Payments may be accepted through the payment methods shown or confirmed for your booking. Please verify the amount and payment recipient before paying. A booking is treated as paid only after payment is successfully verified. Keep your booking confirmation and payment receipt for reference.
Delays & Service Disruptions
Traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, public restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect arrival and journey times. The Royal Cab will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and arrange an appropriate solution where possible.
